Debra Flynn (British, b. 1965) is a people photographer best known for her Fine Art Portraiture.
Growing up in the midlands of England, she learned to love photography at an early age, developing black and white film in her parents cellar. Mostly self-taught and having worked as a wedding and events photographer for a number of years, Debra has now embarked on a Photography degree with the OCA which has encouraged her to stretch her horizons and take her photography to another level.
Her current project, is recording the people who live in her street during the ‘Lockdown’ period of 2020. This series of portraits, is building into a social history documentary of a moment that will become part her country’s history in future years.
Debra lives and works in West Sussex, where she still takes commissions for Fine Art Portraiture and Lifestyle sessions.
